As you prepare for your first term at Lawrence, be sure to check your Lawrence email.

We will send you important information and updates on items you must do to complete the enrollment process and prepare for your arrival on campus. In addition, ensure you are on track by using one of the checklists below!

Families and Supporters - All this information is on the new student portal—the Lawrentian Portal. Your student will need to complete it to finalize their enrollment. This list is here to support you in encouraging your student to complete these requirements on time.

  • Activate your Lawrence account (ASAP) - instructions in your application portal (https://admissions.lawrence.edu/portal/status)
  • Complete your Housing forms
  • Complete Pre-advising Questionnaire 
  • Complete all modules in the New Student Advising and Registration online course
  • Register for and attend new student advising session (held June 10 - July 9)
  • Register for classes (Transfer - July 9, First Year - July 10)
  • Submit a selfie for your ID (ASAP)
  • Submit Medical History and Examination Form
  • Submit Student Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement
  • Submit Health Insurance Card Photocopy
  • Accept or Decline Student Loans in Voyager
  • Complete new student training modules - will be assigned during fall term
  • Submit Verified Test Scores (if they self-reported for their application, we will need official/verified)
  • Request Official Final High School Transcript - with Date of Graduation (first years only)
