Our Alumni & Student Connection weekend is all about connecting students to our amazing and vast Lawrence University Alumni Association (LUAA); a community of scholars, change-makers, and supporters that all students will become part of when they graduate.

Our alumni want to meet current students and provide them with the support they need to be successful at and beyond Lawrence. At Forever a Lawrentian events in April students engaged with and received advice from the LUAA Board of Directors. These connections will give students an advantage in their career journeys both while at Lawrence and after graduation.

Schedule of Events

Thursday, April 10

5:30 – 7:00 pm - Dinner Connections – Warch Campus Center, Andrew Commons

  • Enjoy your dinner while connecting informally with LUAA Board Directors.
Friday, April 11

8:30 – 9:30 pm - Cheers to Our Seniors - Memorial Hall, Viking Room

  • Our alumni community is going to raise a glass to the Class of 2025! Seniors join us and meet members of the community that you will soon become a part of. Your first drink is on the Alumni Association!
Saturday, April 12

12:30 - 2:30 pm – Skip the Small Talk: Student & Alumni Speed Networking - Warch Campus Center, Somerset

  • Hone your networking skills through authentic conversations with LUAA Board Directors. Free lunch and head shots will be provided!

'Forever a Lawrentian' returns to campus with networking opportunities for students, alumni

“Forever a Lawrentian is more than a saying; it’s a mantra, a way of being,” Baumler said. “Forever a Lawrentian speaks to the power and potential of our collective community.  Our shared identity as Lawrentians builds connection across differences, opens doors of opportunity, ignites change, and fuels our passions. You are a student for four or five years; you are Forever a Lawrentian."
