How do I access the directory?
Log in here. When you sign in for the first time, you’ll use your primary email address and the password you’ve used to access Voyager. If you don’t remember the password, no problem! Simply select the “reset password” option.
What if the email address Lawrence has for me is incorrect?
If the email address you use isn’t on file with our office, just send us a message at alumni@lawrence.edu or call us at 920-832-6548 to update the information.
Can I use more than one email address to log in?
You can only use one email address and password combination to access the directory.
How do I find my classmates?
Once you’ve logged into the directory, select the Directory tab at the top of the page. You’ll then be able to select classmates by using the Add Search Criteria feature. Click Name and select the correct class year (or range of years) from the drop down menu. Select Run Search, and you’ll find your classmates. You can also follow these steps to select different criteria such as major or address.
Who can access the directory? Is my information safe?
While anyone can create a profile in the directory, only verified Lawrence University alumni and current students can utilize the directory to search for classmates and other alumni.
By default, your primary contact information will be visible in the directory. However, you have control over what information is shared and can opt-out completely to not show your name as well. To change your visibility selections, click Edit Profile to update your information and choose what is displayed. Be sure to click Save Changes and Set Privacy when you are finished.
What does Lawrence do with my information?
Lawrence University will never sell your data and we do not provide it to a third party for any purpose that is not directly related to Lawrence University.
How do I opt out from the directory?
After logging in and updating your information, you will have the option when saving your information to go unlisted. This will keep your information in our database current without allowing others to access it or contact you.
Can I connect my LinkedIn profile to my directory information?
Once logged in to the directory, you will see an area titled Employment Information. Click the blue button to connect your LinkedIn profile. You will need to login and confirm that you want your information linked.
What does “Alumni Interests” encompass?
In this area of your profile, you can indicate volunteer interests you have as an alumni ambassador here. Some of the available alumni volunteer interests include:
- Class leadership team
- Reunion committees
- Prospective student interviews and emails
- Regional club leadership
Is the directory different from LUAA on LinkedIn?
Yes. The directory lets alumni stay in touch with each other and share updates, including personal ones, whereas LUAA on LinkedIn primarily serves as a professional networking and mentoring space where our alumni provide current students and recent grads with valuable support as they navigate the transition from college to the workforce.
Were you in class with Derrell Acon ’10?
After graduating summa cum laude from Lawrence in 2010 as a double major in voice performance and government, Acon earned a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in 19th-century opera history and performance from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.
