Fox Commons provides state-of-the-art learning spaces, modern living environments, career connections, and stronger community relationships.

The Fox Commons development, will house nearly 174 Lawrence students in modern living-learning communities with apartment-style accommodations, and is expected to open by Fall Term of 2024 in the heart of Appleton’s downtown.

Residence Details 

  • Two, three, and four person apartments (individual bedrooms)

  • 1 bathroom in 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 2 bathrooms in 4 person apartments

  • Living room (couch, arm chair, end table, coffee table)

  • Kitchen (oven, stove, full-sized fridge, microwave, kitchen island or dining table and chairs

  • Rooms include an XL twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser in each bedroom
