Forever a Lawrentian is back on campus for a second year. The celebration provides face-to-face connections between Lawrence University students and alumni. It'll take place across campus April 11-13.

Nicolette Puskar ’19 is keeping both science and music close to her heart. The Lawrence University alumna is working toward her Ph.D. in physical chemistry. She's also preparing to sing at Carnegie Hall.

Pawo Choyning Dorji ’06, an Oscar-nominated filmmaker, and James Gandre ’81, president of Manhattan School of Music, will be honored at Lawrence's 2024 Commencement. Dorji will speak at Commencement, Gandre at Baccalaureate Service.

Lawrence University alumna Emily Richter ’20 is one of five winners of a prestigious 2024 Metropolitan Opera competition. The honor follows her March 17 performance in the Met's Eric and Dominique Laffont Grand Finals Concert.

Lawrence University alumnus Pawo Choyning Dorji ’06 is again drawing Oscar buzz. His second film, again set in Bhutan, The Monk and the Gun, has been shortlisted for an Academy Award nomination for International Feature Films.

Schuyler Thornton ’14 returns to Wisconsin as a member of the Les Misérables Broadway tour, with multi-day stops at both Madison’s Overture Center for the Arts and Appleton’s Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. It's a big moment for the talented flutist.
