The Lawrence OUT List includes LGBTQ+ faculty and staff who serve as mentors and are part of an informal LGBTQ+ network as well as Lawrence's LGBTQIA2S+ Employee Resource Group.

The OUT List aids in recruiting and retaining talented individuals, fostering a culture of value and inclusivity, and demonstrating the university's commitment to diversity. All are welcome to contact OUT List members for advice and networking.
