There is no limit to the trajectory for life after Lawrence launched by a mathematics education. Studying mathematics in the liberal arts tradition means that the core concepts are taken even further with self-directed research projects, study abroad experiences, close collaboration with faculty, and the ability to pair mathematics with any other academic field of their choosing.

Lawrence’s specified mathematics tracks allow students to narrow in on their specific interests, all culminating in The Chandler Senior Experience, which is self-designed independent research that often guides graduating students towards their next adventure in a career or advanced studies.

Lawrentians can go on to pursue careers in actuarial science, economics, accounting, finance/investing, econometrics, business/management, information technology, consulting, secondary and higher education, and software engineering.
