Shola is the Assistant Dean of Spiritual and Religious Life at Lawrence. She is passionate about helping people live wholesome lives by encouraging them to see the sacredness in their rest. She loves movement as a practice in liberation.
She has a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and several degrees in theology she has earned across three continents. She is currently finishing her PhD program in Bible at Union Theological Seminary NYC.
Outside of work, Shola loves to spend time with her toddler and partner. She loves cooking and every so often will try her hand at baking, cooking food of diverse ethnicities, or growing something in her small hydroponic garden.
