Sean Faccio ('11 B.A. Music, Lawrence) is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer, specializing in classical, rock, and other in-between genres. A Green Bay native, he began guitar lessons with Bob Shebesta and continued with Bob Balsley and Luke Thomas. At Lawrence University Conservatory, Sean studied classical guitar under Dr. Nathan Wysock and jazz with Steve Peplin. He credits studying at Lawrence University’s London Center as a particularly inspiring artistic experience.
He’s worked at the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Fox Valley Symphony, and several years in home-care with mentally disabled adults and children with autism. These days he teaches guitar at Lawrence Community Music School and gigs regularly around Northeast Wisconsin with a variety of local bands, in addition to solo and acoustic acts. Many of his pursuits involve original compositions and songs. He also enjoys art history, cooking, basketball, fashion, and learning new things every day.
