Megan Lyons (she/her)

Megan joined the team in Wellness Services in February 2022.  She has over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults in a wide range of clinical settings, from college counseling centers, to VA hospitals, to community mental health centers, and private practice.  Her holistic therapeutic approach is trauma informed and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Positive Psychology, Systems Based interventions, and Existential Theory.  Megan’s goal as a psychologist is to help others learn how to best use their personal strengths and values to help them cope with the challenges and changes that are common in daily life so that they can lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
