Jeff was a police officer and supervisor for 21.5 years at the Appleton PD before joining LU. He was an Army Sergeant who deployed to Korea and Bosnia in the 90’s. Since about 2020 he’s taught mental health and well-being classes through the National Empowerment Center.
While not working, Jeff enjoys playing board games (specifically Euros), Warhammer 40K, and any other cardboard and pewter item put in front of him. He’s an avid cyclist who wakes up at dawn and ride around central Wisconsin for “fitness.”
Jeff’s been married for almost 30 years to Julie and has two girls. Maddie who graduated from St. Olaf College and Mia who attends The University of the Pacific and is a rising Junior.
