In her role as Associate Director of Employer & Alumni Relations, Danielle develops and executes strategies to expand internships, full-time post-graduate positions, and related opportunities for Lawrence University (LU) students and alumni. Danielle and the LU Career Center team oversee the Handshake online career management system; coordinate on-campus and virtual recruiting events; and sustain and expand recruiting partnerships with an array of organizations. She also regularly consults with employers on recruiting strategies to ensure LU develops successful partnerships.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her partner, Ryan, their four dogs, and her family. Danielle competes recreationally in various outdoor sports, such as: triathlons, half-marathons, ultra-marathons, and enjoys weightlifting. She loves to travel and takes every opportunity to be out on the lake in her kayak.
