Emergency financial assistance is available to you if you are experiencing temporary financial hardship due to an unanticipated event or extenuating circumstances.
Examples of requests include emergency travel home and essential medical costs not covered by insurance.
When requesting emergency funds for laptop repairs/replacement or the purchase of specific course materials, the Dean of Students Office may ask students to provide a copy of the repair estimate or associated book fees prior to disbursement of funds.
If your request is due to a laptop replacement need, a purchase receipt may be requested either before or within 10 business days after funds are disbursed. Failure to provide a receipt may result in the disbursed funds being charged student account for reimbursement
