“The Alumni Board is a passionate group of leaders and advocates,” said Matt Baumler, associate vice president of Alumni and Constituency Engagement. “They exemplify what it means to be Forever a Lawrentian and I couldn’t be more excited to work with and learn from the Alumni Board Class of 2027.”
The Alumni Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, whose mission is to support, perpetuate, and enhance Lawrence by providing opportunities for alumni to maintain connections and serve as stewards of the university.
“They achieve this mission by providing alumni opportunities to connect with each other, engage with the university, and pay it forward,” Baumler said.
This year, the Alumni Board will be focused on three core priorities: supporting students, DEIA, and the Lawrence Fund.
