June 4, 2009: Greenfire meetings have wrapped up for the 2008-2009 academic year, but there's still one more chance to hang out with your fellow Greenies. This Saturday, June 6^th, we're having a free paint-your-own bag event at 1:00pm in the Greenfire house. We hope to see you there & wish you good luck on finals!

April 7, 2009: This year, Green Roots and Greenfire are putting on an Earth Week at Lawrence. From April 20^th to 25^th, events will take place every day including guest speakers, music, art, and presentations. The week will culminate in Greenfire's all-day event on Saturday the 25^th. March 14, 2009: Here at Greenfire we'd like to wish all Lawrentians good luck on finals. We hope everyone has a relaxing spring break! Feel free to stop by Greenfire House for our next meeting at 8:30pm on April 2^nd, the first Thursday of Spring Term. We're also having an Earth Day planning session this Wednesday, March 18, at 5:30.

February 26, 2009: Greenfire tackles a number of issues and projects simultaneously. Some of our Current Projects are:

• Recycling reform and implementation
• Reusables (shopping bags, coffee cups, water bottles)
• Earth Day
