SARK is the author and artist of 11 books, including the bestseller, Succulent Wild Woman. There are over two million SARK books in print. Her 12th book will be released in the winter of 2004. SARK was inspired to write and draw at age five and wrote her first book at 10. Some of her other books feature such juicy titles as Inspiration Sandwich, The Bodacious Book of Succulence, Change Your Life Without Getting Out of Bed, and Eat Mangoes Naked. She also produces posters and other whimsical, inspirational memorabilia. SARK is an acclaimed speaker and teacher and was featured in the PBS series "Women of Wisdom and Power," as well as a documentary film titled, "The World According to SARK." She is also a periodic guest on National Public Radio. Despite the fact that she held 250 jobs between the ages of 14 and 25, her hard work and tenacity turned passion and creativity into a successful business.
