Greek Life is an important part of the Lawrence experience for approximately 22% of the men and 9% of the women on campus. The greek system consists of three national sororities and five national fraternities. The governing bodies for the sororities is the Panhellenic Council (Panhel) and for the fraternities the Interfraternity Council (IFC). These groups are assisted by the Greek Advisors of the Campus Activities staff.
