Position Description: Assistant Professor, Physiologist, Department of Biology. Lawrence University, an undergraduate liberal arts college seeks applicants for a full-time tenure-track position to begin September 1, 2010. We seek an energetic biologist with expertise in the area of animal physiology and neuroscience. The successful applicant will be expected to teach regularly a laboratory course in comparative animal physiology and a course in the applicant’s area of specialty and to contribute on a rotating basis to a general zoology course, a topics course in neuroscience, and our Freshman Studies program. Establishment of a research program appropriate for undergraduate participation is required. Application deadline is November 1, 2009.
