They're available in two formats: PDF files which may be printed out, and Word 6.0 documents which may be saved, edited, and emailed as attachments to the Provost's office. For PDF files, you'll need the free Adobe Acrobat reader to view and print them. Machines on campus should already have an Acrobat reader installed.
