Lawrence Cross Country

Cross country is one of four varsity sports at Lawrence with a coed season. The two teams (men's and women's) share the same coach and follow the same schedule. The season, which runs from early September until mid-November, typically consists of seven or eight invitational meets ranging in size from several teams to 20 or more teams, highlighted by the Lawrence Invitational, the annual Midwest Conference Championships and NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championships.
