Women's Basketball

By winning the league title in 1990 and 1999 and finishing second in 1992, 1993, and 2005, the Lawrence University women's basketball team has established itself firmly as one of the premier programs in the Midwest Conference. The team's schedule is among the most competitive of any sport at Lawrence. In addition to 16 games against Midwest Conference opponents, the Vikings face some of the other top Division III programs in the Midwest, including schools from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Midwest Conference Tournament champion automatically receives a bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
