The Lawrence London Centre is directed by Christine Harris, a full-time Lawrence staff member based in London. In addition to administering the program, Ms. Harris teaches "The Fields Beneath:" Discovering London's Histories and British Crime Fiction. 2009-10 marks Christine's thirteeth year working at the Lawrence London Centre and seventh year as Director of the program. |

Each year in Fall term the London Centre hosts faculty
visiting from the Appleton campus. In the Fall of 2009, the
visiting faculty members will be Tim Spurgin (English) and James DeCorsey (Conservatory). They will be teaching three
courses: Romanticism and the Arts (DeCorsey & Spurgin), Major British Writers II (Spurgin), and The British Musical Renaissance (DeCorsey).
