IES Vienna offers a broad curriculum in the humanities and social sciences. Students may select from either English-taught or German-taught courses. Students with advanced German proficiency may also choose to pursue integrated study at the Universität Wien.
Music students may choose to enroll in the Music Performance Workshop, combining individual music instruction with a German language course and three other courses selected from area studies, music history, and music theory offerings.
The program is offered for a semester or academic year. No previous language study is required.
