The Seeley G. Mudd Library has a permanent collection of over 390,000 books and periodicals; 340,000 government documents; 1,750 current periodical subscriptions; 15,650 music scores; and 124,000 videotapes, recordings, and microform items. The collection, accessed by an online catalog, continues to grow by approximately 6,000 items per year. The online catalog also allows students to search other library catalogs from around the state, including the University of Wisconsin system.

Information Technology Center

Information Technology Services staff have offices in the library, where theInformation Technology Center provides the setting for non-credit technology training on a continuous basis to all members of the Lawrence community.

Career Center

The Career Center, located across from the Wriston Art Center near the fountain, is available to all students and alumni who are interested in summer jobs, internships, full-time employment or graduate/professional school. Students are encouraged to explore career options early in their undergraduate years and to become familiar with career library resources that can assist with career planning needs.
